Every woman knows how essential it is to have a little black dress in her closet, it's like our own little security blanket, always there and ready to wear in a pinch when you need it. The little black dress (aka LBD) was popularized by the late Coco Chanel when she featured one in Vogue in 1926. It has since remained a constant staple to every women, regardless of the ever changing styles over the years. The little black dress is just so classically simple and elegant, easy to accessorize and, let's face it, makes us feel confident, sexy and beautiful.
The little black dress that I am wearing is actually something that my mom passed down to me a couple years ago and I can't tell you how many times it has been my savior! It is just timeless and effortless, and the bonus for me, it's also vintage!
So ladies, if you really want to feel sexy tonight, put that little black dress on and dance to Sara Bareilles song "Little Black Dress". I promise you, you will never feel so good!
