I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to be at the Lucky Fabb event in LA this past weekend and I can’t wait to share all the details on my blog this coming Thursday! My mom and sister flew out to LA with me, and while I was attending Lucky Fabb, they took the local sights in. I was able to take advantage of spending an extra day with them in this wonderful city after the event was over. The first thing on my list of things to see was Rodeo Drive for an afternoon of salacious window-shopping. I did manage to do a little damage at the BCBG Maxazria store but overall I was pleased to exert some self-control!
One of the highlights with my mom and sister was having brunch at The Ivy. The weather was absolutely perfect so we were able to eat outside on the porch, which felt more like an English garden that was adorned with a white picket fence, cushioned chairs, fresh flowers, floral patterned china and waiters in crisp pink shirts and flowered ties to match the décor. We enjoyed our breakfast as we sipped on our Scarlatti’s (muddled fresh strawberries and champagne). I have to admit, I can get used to the LA life.
Be sure to stay tuned for my post on Thursday, when I share all the fabulous details of Lucky Fabb!
Take care everyone!!
