My time in LA could not have been more perfect! The Lucky Fabb event was more than I could have hoped for, which I will cover more details about in tomorrow’s post. As I mentioned yesterday, I was able to spend some free time to take in some of the local sights that I could not miss out on! My first stop was Rodeo Drive, the holy grail of shopping amongst the world’s extraordinary brands. Although my shopping consisted mostly of window shopping and wish lists, I was excited to just be in the moment of the gorgeous backdrop of the palm tree lined street of the most recognizable high end couture stores. Though my budget didn’t meet the requirements for a day of shopping on Rodeo, it did inspire me to create similar styles on a much friendlier wallet. I was equally excited to finally have a Sprinkles Cupcake, which was located right off Rodeo Drive. Can I tell you just how ahhmazing these confectionary creations are?!!
The outfit I am wearing today is what I wore to the Lucky Fabb brunch BCBG pumps are the most comfortable pair of heels that I have ever worn for a full day (10 hours!) without even a blister! morning. Since I knew I would be also doing an afternoon of window shopping along Rodeo Drive, I felt this was the perfect outfit to match the California sunshine, and the fun and fresh spirit of LA.
