Short and Tall

| Outfit Details |

Cream Colored Faux Fur Coat: Cotton On (old) similar here (on sale!) | Long Sleeve Romper: Loft (old) very similar here and here | Tan Suede Over the Knee Boots: Forever21 (sold out) similar here | Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim (medium size)

I've been dying to wear this romper again since the last time I wore it, which was in the beginning of the fall season (last seen here). Sunday, the weather wasn't exactly freezing cold, (high 40's, I may be a little crazy, lol)  but I decided to be a little daring and break it out once again, this time with a pair of over the knee boots to cover up a bit more skin and for the extra warmth. I love how the boots give the look a bit of a sex appeal while still being mostly covered up. I stated early on in the month that I was going to try and re-wear more of the pieces that I already had in my closet and I have to say, I've been doing really well at keeping up with that promise to myself.

If you are on the East Coast, stay safe and warm! I'm hoping for plenty of snow to play in with the kids!

Have a great day!

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend! We are currently awaiting a major snow storm here in New Jersey. I'm excited for the opportunity to stay home, relax and play in the snow with the kids! My daughter is already planning on building Olaf from the movie Frozen lol!

One of my favorite shades would have to be Cobalt. This shade is so vibrant but so easy to wear as it pairs so well with classic black and white pieces. I was so excited to receive my brand new cobalt leather Manolo Blahnik's in the mail the other day and couldn't wait to style an outfit completely around them for a night out with the girls. I found them on sale and the price was way to good not to purchase. Definitely well worth the money in a classic style, that can be worn for years to come!

Thank you so much for visiting! Have a great day, loves!

Black Out

| Outfit Details |

Fur Lined Jacket: Zara (old) similar style here (adore this coat + on sale!) and here | Black Chiffon Blouse: Loft (on sale!) | Faux Leather Skinnies: H&M | Bag: Louis Vuitton | Black Boots: DSW (old) love this pair here

What a week so far! This past weekend, we had a major flood in our home, due to my daughter clogging my bathroom sink and leaving the water to run for about an hour, when she was suppose to be napping. Our entire living room ceiling had to be torn down, hardwood floors ripped up and entire bathroom gutted. I am now living in a construction site. With everything being torn a part and having workers in and out the last three days, I haven't had any real time to take pictures. (I can't believe its Wednesday already!) My outfit today is what I wore out yesterday to run some quick errands and while it's not the most blog worthy outfit, it is one of my favorite weekday casual looks. You simply can't go wrong with a chic all black look that consists of leather skinnies and flat booties to tackle a busy day!

Thank you so much for visiting! Have a great day!

Black Chiffon Blouse: Loft | Floral Flair Skirt: Express (similar skirt linked) also love this one here | Black Suede Knee High Heel Boots: Forever21 (old) similar here and here | Pink Studded Clutch: Neiman Marcus (sold out) similar here and obsessed with this clutch here

To continue with my New Year's resolution on re-wearing some of my favorite pieces more often, I thought I would break out this floral flair skirt (last seen here) that I purchased back in September. I love the brightly colored floral pattern and thought it would be a great piece to wear to brighten up a dull winter day. I love how the skirt paired so well with my over the knee boots making it a perfectly chic ensemble for a day-time look out on the town!

As always, thank you so much for stopping by!

Have a great day,

Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend!

Today's look is a mix up of some of my favorite pieces. One of my New Year's resolutions this year was to start wearing more of what's already in my closet. I decided to do a major clean out of my closet this weekend and I was able to fill an entire section with pre planned outfits that have never been paired together before. I've always said that the true art of styling clothing, is being able to mix and match different pieces together for a new look each time you wear them. Even though my look today is simple, this black and white jacquard shift dress is a huge favorite of mine and has been paired with flats, boots, heels, you name it. Below are past ways I've styled this dress. Both are from about two years ago. (I have to admit, I cringed a bit. I've definitely gotten more comfortable in front of the camera since then lol).

What's that one piece in your closet that you just love to wear over and over again?

Thanks for visiting!

Using Bloke Coffee Body Scrub, Organic Body Scrub
Using Bloke Coffee Body Scrub, Organic Body Scrub

| Details |

Coffee Body Scrub: courtesy of Bloke

Today, I am excited to share my new favorite body scrub, Bloke. I've been using Bloke Coffee Body Scrub for almost two months now and the results have been amazing! Bloke is made up of all organic ingredients. Each bag contains a mixture of ground arabica coffee, cold pressed coconut oil, sea salt, raw brown sugar and sweet orange oil. When using Bloke Coffee Body Scrub on a regular basis, you'll see a reduced appearance of acne, eczema, stretch marks, cellulite and psoriasis! The sea salt helps clean clogged pores while the coconut oil has an anti-bacterial property which helps to prevent and treat acne and blemishes. Coconut oil also has an anti-inflammatory property that helps with eczema and psoriasis as well as preventing stretch marks from happening. If you have existing stretch marks, the scrub is amazing at reducing their appearance as the scrub will remove dead skin cells while the coconut oil will moisturize and replenish new skin cells, thus fading their appearance.

I struggle with occasional break outs and in the winter, I get really bad eczema in between my fingers. Since I started to use Bloke, my breakouts are far and few in between and my eczema has since calmed down. My skin feels incredibly hydrated and extremely smooth. My makeup also goes on so much better and my face just glows. I also have to mention that I have very sensitive skin and since Bloke is made up of all organic ingredients, I had no issues what so ever.  Bloke is hands down the best exfoliate I have tried yet. The results are amazing and even after the first use, you'll notice a change! So say goodbye to dry skin and imperfections and order a bag of Bloke Coffee Body Scrub! I promise you won't be disappointed! It also smells wonderful!

Fur Trim Coat: Sachi (my color not available) similar color here, and eyeing up this coat here (now on sale!! Use code FC40XS for extra 40% off!)  Black Chiffon Blouse: Loft | Leopard Jacquard Pants: Ann Taylor (old) loving these gold pants here and these jacquard pants here |

We finally received our first snow fall of the season here in New Jersey! Everything looks so much prettier when it's covered in snow! I had two early morning appointments yesterday, so although my shoe choice isn't the most practical to venture out in the snow, it wasn't that bad lol! I did however enjoy coming home, throwing my uggs and sweatpants on and spending the rest of the day comfy by our fireplace watching movies! Isn't that how a snow day should be spent anyway?

I hope everyone is having a great week thus far! Thanks for stopping by!
